2017 Summer Sports Specific Basketball Sessions
Sports AdvantEdge is excited to offer Basketball Specific Training Sessions!! This session is a “Court Sports” specific session for athletes entering the 7th and 8th grades and in high school. The format will include a wm-up/ Landing Mechanics/ Jumping/ speed/conditioning and a strength program geared for Basketball players.
