  • Monday -Thursday-10:00am- 11:00 am – Noon- 1PM
  • Friday 10:00 am/ Noon
  • All sessions are scheduled online
Session Length: 75 Minutes
Session Focus:
  • Injury Prevention
  • Speed and Agility every session
  • Max Power applications
  • Personalized strength programs with progressions
  • Core training
  • Total body conditioning
Ages For athletes 12 years old and up Participants per session:

June 17 – August 30 *****
Sessions must be used during these dates


Cost:
  • 20 session package: $425
  • 30 session package: $525
*All sessions good through August 30
