Speed and Agility

Speed and Agility is our foundational program for kids 3rd grade and up. This class teaches all our athletes basic movement prep. We believe athletes need to be able to move efficiently and effectively The class includes dynamic warm-up, mobility and stability, running mechanics, linear speed enhancement, foot quickness, change of direction, force absorption and conditioning.
